The time of products returning to foreign customers depends on shipping company and customs’ import and export practice time. The returning to maintenance products are inspected comprehensively after the maintenance is completed,in order to ensure the maintenance quality.
3) After the maintenance,the engineer should inform customers of the breakdown cause and the solution,and discuss the maintenance and breakdown solution with customers.

2.Principle of The Warranty
The product warranty is one year(from the date of delivery). We provide free maintenance service to customers during the warranty period and paid maintenance service beyond the warranty period according to the uniform charging standards of Sheenrun company.
3.Warranty Services
1) In warranty period, customers enjoy free maintenance service if the products break down during normal use.
2) As for the warranty period beyond one year or otherwise agreed, it shall be subject to the formally signed contract by the two parties.
